GiroGruppi is a powerful Android application designed to simplify the creation of balanced and fair groups for any community. It is ideal for parish groups, volunteer teams, clubs, or any organization that regularly needs to divide participants into subgroups. The app goes beyond simple randomization by remembering who has already organized or prepared events, ensuring fairness over the long term.
This feature is crucial for maintaining equity in rotating roles where no one wants to be stuck with the same duties repeatedly. The application allows you to add people with specific tags, such as "young," "elderly," or "has a car," and create custom tags to suit your unique needs. You can link two people as a pair so they always end up in the same group and are considered a single unit during distribution.
This flexibility makes it easy to handle complex constraints without manual calculation, saving time and reducing errors in group assignment. GiroGruppi supports both hard rules, which are mandatory conditions, and soft rules, which are preferred conditions. You can set the number of groups, tag limits, or participant compatibility conditions.
If rules conflict, the app clearly indicates which condition is violated and suggests how to fix it.
