Originally released in 2004 for Sony PlayStation 2 consoles, the video game was only adapted for mobile devices in late 2013. The story begins with the main character Carl Johnson, who decides to return to his hometown of Los Santos.
He had been away from his homeland for about six years and came to this town after learning that all his family members were dead. His parents and blood brother were brutally murdered, and during his absence, quite a lot of evil deeds occurred in the district. Before Johnson can even leave the plane, he is forced to start a race because the local corrupt police have pinned a case on him, and the young man is forced to ask for help from old friends who have the same wagon of problems that Carl can easily solve.
As in most multi-platform games, gamers are given the choice of performing various missions or bloody fun, organizing real lawlessness in the streets of the restless city.
