LeaseLore: Home Reviews is an innovative Android application designed to help prospective renters gain a deeper understanding of life in a specific building before signing a lease agreement. Instead of relying solely on general ratings or interior photos, this app provides access to realistic feedback from actual residents. You can search for housing by address or postal code, explore an interactive map featuring markers with numerical overall scores for buildings that have verified reviews.
The convenient interface allows you to zoom in and out of the map to view available options in a specific district, making it easier to find your ideal home. For precise searches, the app includes filters by country, city, district, rating level, and number of reviews. You can also save interesting options to a list for later viewing in a convenient format.
The main advantage of the app is that it shows a detailed picture of life in the building, not just a single number. You will receive ratings for important criteria such as security, noise level, cleanliness, technical maintenance status, neighborhood, and transport accessibility. Each score is accompanied by specific positive points and drawbacks, as well as confidence indicators that help you better understand the real situation.
You can share your own experience by selecting a specific building or confirming a new address on the map.
