Yandex with Alice (beta) is the updated version of the popular app that allows users to be the first to discover new features and take part in their testing. Version 26.81 is a beta release designed for experimenting with new product capabilities. A key feature of this build is the ability to run in parallel.
You do not need to uninstall the main application because the beta version can work alongside the standard version. This is convenient for those who want to test new features without losing access to the stable working version. The main goal of the app is to simplify everyday life by combining useful services into a single interface.
The main screen focuses on essential information: weather forecasts, traffic data, and quick search tools. For quick access to widgets, you can install them on your home screen. Information search is implemented in various ways: you can enter queries as text using smart suggestions or use voice control through the voice assistant.
The Smart Camera feature allows you to search by image. The app not only finds data but also helps perform daily tasks, explains complex questions, and helps save on purchases. The voice assistant Alice is always ready to help.
She will inform you about traffic jams, suggest whether to take an umbrella, find the nearest supermarket or place to eat, set an alarm, or create reminders. Alice supports dialogue on any topic, tells stories, and jokes.
